Ordered a pergola from these guys as a flat pack and couldn’t be happier. The design and craftsmanship made the install unbelievably easy — true craftsmen who clearly know what they’re doing. From start to finish it took us about two hours to build the entire structure, instructions were super clear, made me look like a pro.

Every junction fit perfectly and looked super neat, and the end result is a far superior product without the usual headache of building something like this yourself.

Couldn’t be more stoked with the amazing job Fitty and the Hardwood Projects team did on our loft staircase. We were struggling to find someone to take this on, with seemingly everyone putting it in the “too hard” basket. But Fitty and team were happy not just to take the project on, but to smash it out of the park. Out with the old rickety ladder, and in with the all American oak staircase, enabling safe, easy, and aesthetic access to our previously hard-to-access loft.

We had great communication throughout the project, and everything was finished to a high standard. Had complete trust in this highly professional team who did a stellar job from start to finish.
